The Colorful Community portal collects only the minimal information necessary to enable seamless Single Sign-On (SSO) functionality across multiple events. For authentication, we use Microsoft Azure Active Directory B2C to securely manage user access. The only data shared between events is:

• Internal ID (Entra Object ID): A unique identifier generated by Azure Active Directory B2C to identify each user across events.

Additional personal data, if required for any specific event, will remain exclusive to that event and will not be accessible by other events unless otherwise consented.

Data Sharing Policy

Only your Internal ID will be shared between events you choose to sign into using the Colorful Community portal.

Each event will have access solely to its own event-specific data, such as your name, email address, profile photo, or preferences, unless you provide explicit consent.

Optional Profile Sharing Between Events

You may opt-in to share your profile information (such as name, photo, and other profile details) across events within the Colorful Community portal.

This sharing will only occur if you actively choose to opt in, and no additional personal data will be shared between events without your explicit consent.

Data Security

We employ industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

All data transmissions are encrypted, and access to data is strictly limited to authorized personnel.

Data Retention

Your personal data will be retained only as long as necessary to provide the SSO functionality and as required by legal or regulatory obligations. Once no longer needed, your data will be securely deleted.

Your Rights

Access: You have the right to request access to the personal data held about you in the Colorful Community portal.

Correction: You can request to correct inaccurate personal data.

Deletion: You may request deletion of your data if you decide not to use the portal for future events.
